I have this very same issue since a year now and coincidentally it happened just after 2 days by which my warranty was void.
So i did not bothered to take it to the service center. My laptop was working fine with the r5 driver but once out of nowhere suddenly some kind of an issue popped up and then the never ending story of bsod started with thread stuck in device driver. It took me a lot of time to disable the driver in safe mode. Have you tried giving windows 7 a shot, as i found out that windows 10 does not works that well with the r5 radeon type graphics cards.

When i open any game in my intel integrated graphics card it runs with 7 to 9 FPS with leg But when i switch it to AMD radeon R5 M it gives me black scree while playing any game or any graphic benchmarking app, i can hear the background sound of game running, have asked dell abt that and they said your hardware doesn't have any problem so we cant help you regarding this issue.
